Current approved product
Quick use

Use for lingering pet, cooking and general household odours after normal cleaning.

  • Use as supplied — do not dilute further.

  • Always test fabrics and delicate surfaces in an inconspicuous area first.
  • Do not mix with other cleaning products.
  • Do not spray onto food, people or animals.
  • Keep away from children and guests.
Before each use

Check the bottle is within its use-by date and that the liquid:

  • remains clear and is not cloudy;
  • smells as expected; and
  • has no visible contamination or unusual particles.
Do not use if any check fails. Remove the bottle from service and report it to CleanStay.
Safety & first aid
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Wash contaminated skin thoroughly after handling.
  • If in eyes: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
  • Wash hands after use.

Orca has confirmed to CleanStay that the 1:20 mixture is not classified under CLP, so no CLP pictogram or signal word is required for the diluted solution. The precautionary wording is retained voluntarily in line with Orca's recommendation.

Shelf life & storage

Prepared centrally by CleanStay using deionised/demineralised water and clean bottles.

  • Store upright with the trigger closed.
  • Keep in the designated housekeeping/cleaning storage area.
  • Keep away from children and guests.
  • Maximum use period: up to 6 months from preparation, subject to the condition checks above.
Orca advises monthly checking of remaining solution. Six months is the maximum recommended period, not a guaranteed shelf life.
